摘要:
大量临床前期动物实验证实在神经系统发育早期接触麻醉药物对发育中的神经系统有毒性作用。由于直接的组织学证据难以获得，这种麻醉药物的神经毒性作用在人类尚未被证实，近期一些临床研究以认知功能障碍或学习障碍等作为中枢神经毒性作用的间接证据，回顾性地研究了麻醉药物对婴幼儿中枢神经系统的作用。更有一些动物研究将麻醉药物的这种对未成熟神经系统的毒性作用从中枢扩展到了脊髓。本文主要针对麻醉药物对未成熟神经系统作用的研究进展及研究中的局限做一综述。
The neurotoxicity of nervous system as early exposed to anesthetics has been proved by many preclinical animal trails. As direct histological evidences of neurotoxicity were not available，the neurotoxicity of the anesthetics has not been confirmed yet in human. Some retrospective clinical studies used cognitive dysfunction or learning disability as an indirect evidence to address the neurotoxicity of the infants who were early exposed to anesthetics. Recently，some preclinical animal studies even showed that the neurotoxicity of the anesthetics on immature animals could also be found in the spinal cord. This article is mainly focusing on the neurotoxicity on the immature nervous system as exposed to anesthetics and the limitations during researches.
