全身麻醉术后恢复室喉罩拔出的护理

摘要:
目的 观察眼科手术成人患者全身麻醉术后喉罩拔出的情况与采取的措施。方法 878例眼科手术，18-92yr，全身麻醉下置入喉罩，术后入麻醉术后恢复室，观察清醒状态下拔出喉罩前后时间段的整个过程。结果 清醒状态下拔罩519 例，肢体轻动、摆头86例；无何临床表现经唤醒46例,欲自行拔出32例，躁动20例，咬通气管4例，呛咳4例，牙齿脱落1例 ，喉罩再置入无。其中390例拔罩后再度入睡，通气障碍58例，采取垫肩25例、改变体位16例、置口咽通气道14例、提下颌3例。结论 成人患者全身麻醉术后，清醒状态下大部分喉罩平稳拔出，但可出现各种意外情况，须积极预防与规范化护理。
Objective To observe the situation of remove the laryngeal mask airway（LMA） in the recovery room after general anesthesia in ophthalmic surgery in adults and the measures adopted. Methods 878 patients aged between 18 and 92 years undergoing ophthalmic surgery were observed. They were all inserted by LMA under general anesthesia and transferred to the recovery room after surgery. We observed the whole process of removing the LMA. Results 519 cases were awake when removing the LMA, and 86 cases with limbs jiggled gently. There were 46 cases who were waked-up with no clinical manifestation and 32 cases wanted to remove the LMA by themselves. There were 20 cases restlessness, 4 cases biting the air pipe, 4 cases bucking and 1 case losed of tooth and no one were inserted again. We had 390 cases re-asleep after removing the LMA, and 58 cases dysfunction of ventilation, 25 cases padded, 16 cases changed body position, 14 cases inserted the oropharyngeal airway, and 3 cases lifted submaxilla. Conclusion Most of the LMA were removed equability in the consciousness adults patients after general anesthesia, however, there may be a variety of unexpected emergency and we have to prevent actively and to standardize the nursing at the same time.
